After having created the 20 Prime Arcs (2 ran away from home and never found their way back) Ra, Tiger El' Jackson, Mirgulf, Napoleon, Genghis Lenk, Heman Fuss, Royal Door, Bruce Wayne, Niusangui, Pedro Mane, Angry, Robot Gullible, Mort, Stefan the Blue, Longrawr, Exploding Mountain, Coral and the twins First and Last, Legionarius plans to conquer the galaxy was foiled when they were scattered across the universe and, as a far worse fate, the Prime Arcs had cost so much money he was bankrupt.
